We have offices across the Avon and Somerset area, meaning we can ensure that each victim receives the tailored support and service they need local to them. Please note we cannot accept external or self referrals.
We also offer an enhanced service to:
- victims of the most serious crimes
- persistently targeted victims; and
- vulnerable or intimidated victims
Request information about a victim
If you work for one of our multi-agency partners, you can ask us to request information about a victim from Avon and Somerset Police.
You will need:
- details of the person you are requesting information about
- police reference, if available
It is important to know that, although we work closely with the police and other agencies, we are an independent service.
Contact Lighthouse
If you are working with a victim or witness who has misplaced the contact details of their allocated Victim and Witness Care Officer, please ask them to call us on 101.
This is the police non-emergency number and they will redirect the call through to the VWCO.
